You can walk to almost anything you need – the grocery store, pharmacy, bank, restaurants, the beach, the bay, parks. Long Beach is also very bike friendly.

We are not usually at the property but we live & work close by. You can always reach us via the app or by text or phone call.
This is a fun, beach community with diverse and friendly people. There are always pet owners out walking their fur babies, people excercising, plus hungry folks strolling to one of the many restaurants on 2nd Street.
Our building is very quiet, and small, with only 8 units. There is ample parking around the building on the streets and access road.
You have your whole unit to yourself with a private entrance. You can enjoy the large common private patio with plenty of seating, plus a BBQ to use. The laundry room is right down the back stairs and is open at all times. The back patio has bikes to rent or to lock up your own bike.
Relax and enjoy yourself! Please keep the sand outside, pick up after your pets and don’t leave valuables in your car. We are glad to host you!
