Borrow a highchair & pack-n-play if you need it. Enjoy the patio/BBQ. We will do all we can to make your stay amazing!

Space

Bright, breezy, quiet and spacious with beautiful hardwood floors, extra comfortable queen bed, couch, chairs + a large bathroom with an abundance of counter space. Your online meetings will have a great background at our dedicated work desk set-up.
The kitchen is fully stocked with every appliance/essential you might need, including spices, oils, coffee & tea.
We always provide extra towels, toiletries, blankets, plus lots of beach gear. Our goal is for you to unwind and be comfortable!
Corner Unit with a large picture window in the living room.
A highchair and pack-n-play are available to borrow upon request.
Beach cruiser bikes are available to rent.
The laundry room is right down the back stairs-open all the time.

Transit

There is ample street parking available. Less than one block from 2nd Street shops and restaurants. Two small blocks to the beach. Less than 3 miles to CSU Long Beach. You can rent our bikes, or rent scooters, take Uber or Lyft, or catch the bus.

*Let’s YOLK About It for breakfast cannot be matched – one block on 2nd
*Our favorite casual restaurant is Super Mex – the salsa is soooo good!
*For a more upscale dinner with an incredible view – go to The Queen’s View or take a romantic gondola ride through Naples canals.
*A fun brewery close by is Ballast Point or Belmont Shore Brewing- both right on the water
*Best beach for kids – Mother’s Beach
*Best playground to walk to – Livingston Park – easy walk
*Best place for water fun – Alamitos Bay. You can rent water toys there.
*Nature – El Dorado Park and Nature Center, plus skate park and golf course
*Best evening stroll – up and down 2nd street. Most shops and restaurants stay open in the evening.

Interaction with guests

We are not usually at the property, but we live and work close by. We always respond to a call, text, or message.

Neighborhood

Fun, beachy, shore community. You will always see neighbors out strolling, biking and walking their dogs, plus lots of kids. Very diverseand friendly area.

Access

You will have your own unique access code for the private front door, so you can access it anytime after 3 pm. There is ample street parking in front and along side of the building. Make note – street sweeping occurs between 9-11 am on Thursday and Fridays – check rhe signs. The key to the back gate is on the kitchen table. You are within walking distance of the beach, the Belmont Pier, Alamitos Bay and vibrant 2nd Streets with lots of restaurants and shops. Plus, you can walk to Livingston Park – best play area for kids.
The bus stops are close by.
Uber and Lift are readily available in the area.

— Rinse sand off before entering- hose on the patio.
— Bikes available to reserve.
— No additional guests or visitors. No parties /no events.
— Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of neighbors.

*Being a place near the beach, sand can end up everywhere if tracked inside. Please try to keep as much sand outside of the place as possible. Please rinse feet and shake out towels prior to entering the home. There is a hose on the patio to rinse toys, fur babies etc before going inside.

We do supply some towels which can be used at the beach. They are on the top shelf in the closet. Please do not use the towels from the bathroom for the beach.

Feel free to use the beach chairs, umbrella, toys, cooler, boogie boards, etc provided in the closet.
